Karen Spotts is a retired high school art teacher where she taught the fundamentals of art.

Having spent the last 20 years focusing on the medium of soft pastel, Karen has recently been venturing into mixed media arts, blending printmaking, stenciling, and layering for abstract and unique creations. Inspired by her journeys in her camper, she chooses subjects that capture the vibrant colors and scenery of the Southwest. Beyond the canvas, she finds joy hiking, cycling, and embracing the beauty of the outdoors.
